Before electronic speakers, there was the gramophone, a device whose shape amplified sound. The customizable sound system will set you back, though, something to the tune of $3000 (plus shipping from Italy.) There’s still an electronic amplifier inside that works in tandem with the gramophone to create the best possible sound, while a Bluetooth 4.0 allows you to wirelessly connect to the speaker, whether it’s a phone, computer, or TV, though it doesn’t seem to have any other inputs.
You can read over the technical specs if you somehow have $3000 under your mattress and are interested in diving headlong into this strange, strange speaker. Otherwise, just do what the rest of us has to: stare at the pictures to see how pretty it is.
